You're on Cobrasnake!

I wish my photograph was taken at the Cobrasnake parties, so I can do this tee too.

Moschino Mens Fall 2009
(If the weather permits) If the boyfriend dresses like this, I'd fall in love with him over and over again.

CNY Outfit II
This outfit was what I've posted before, only that I did away with the belt. I CAN FINALLY WEAR THIS PAIR OF HEELS OUT. Haha.
Vintage Lace Dress
Day to Night.
On the Boyfriend,
Shirt - Zara
Pants - Pull n Bear
Shoes - Vans Chukka
My outfit for the first day of Chinese New Year. I love my lace dress, but it gets really irritating every time my necklace gets caught in the lace and ruins it. The heels and Aldo clutch are from the boyfriend. Funny how they complement each other.
The September Issue.
I would want to watch this because I want to know..
1. The Fashion (duh of course!),
2. The magazine issue production process,
3. .. And if Anna is really like how The Devil Wears Prada depicted her to be!

Animal Instinct & Silver Kicks.
Bless my mum! She seems to have discount vouchers for everything - from bags to shoes to movie tickets to clothes to my Puma sneakers. :D

"Givenchy-inspired"
I would love to have the Givenchy necklace or to diy something like that for myself. But I am poor and diy is definitely not my forte, so I settled for this necklace from F21 bought some time last week. Not exactly the same.. but well, you get my drift, yes?
Dinner date.
This pair of pumps had been hiding in the storeroom since August and I'd have forgotten about its existence until my mum took it out the other day. I love how the splash of colors create an illusionary texture out of the pumps. It actually looks like an oil painting with excess dried paint lurking around instead of just having a flat surface. It doesn't have a lot of height, so hallelujah for people who loves heels but who are terrible with balancing skills (a.k.a. me). ): Anyhow, I'm wishing that it was a pair of platform heels instead.

Hand-Me-Down.
I was in heaven when I thrifted this jacket for SGD15 awhile back. Shying away from the normal black, it's grey with a matching blue inner layer so when you fold it, it looks just PERFECT. <3 The dress is a hand-me-down from my sister, lucky me!
Styled by Kate Lanphear.

Yup, very Kate Lanphear judging by the amount of accessories on the model. Haha.
Halloween.

I know Halloween's eons ago but look at the children! Just too cute to ignore. (:
Versatility.
Bought this pair of harem pants off the Zara sales rack at SGD39.90. There's many ways I can experiment with this pants due to the elasticity at the top and bottom. At the waist, at the hip, ending at the ankle, ending at the calf.. a very versatile piece. Yum. :D
Plaids, not dead.
Source: elle.com
Awhile ago, I heard people saying that plaids are so out of the fashion arena. But just by clicking the Street Chic section in elle.com, you get 10 different streetstyles revolving around plaids. So let's all just say, plaids is definitely not going anywhere for now. And even Marc Jacobs say so!
Indecisiveness.
Pucker Up.
I'm not one for lipsticks. I've hated lipsticks since forever. I don't even wear a lot of make-up at all.
But I guess people change, don't they? I'm coveting coral color lipsticks right now, though I'm not so sure whether I would wear them or not. Going to MAC to check them out soon!
Cheap Thrills.
I got this pair of acid wash shorts last Friday for SGD12. I actually have a pair of acid wash jeans but I look totally fat in them. Jeans are jinx to me, they make me look my own size (a.k.a. short and fat). ):
I've been searching for a pair of black platform pumps lately. I'm surprised that I do not own a pair of black heels, the most important basics for high heels domination.

CNY Outfit.
One of my outfits for Chinese New Year. I was contemplating on whether I should post it now or during the day itself but well, I can't resist doing it now. (: The top's a windbreaker actually. Really pretty. Fell in love with it right away and I knew I had to have it. (:
I want these from Nasty Gal Vintage please!
Do a Breakdown.
Black & Gold.
Work's been boring me down. And there's a new permanent staff coming in on Friday. I'm totally suspecting that she's a spy sent from the company to watch out for us interns. No more video watching! ):
Off to eat my cheese fries, have a pleasant evening!
Work Clothes.
What I wore to work yesterday and today.
Sorry for the poor lighting conditions for the first two photographs. I'm currently looking for the perfect space in the house for my outfit photographs.

Chinese New Year Shoes.
For your informtion, Chinese New Year is celebrated on the first day of the year in the chinese lunar calendar. And people usually wear new clothes from head to toe (symbolizing a new beginning in the new year). Hence I'm saving this pair for Chinese New Year.
I psycho-ed my mum into buying this pair of pants the other day and I love it! It can be both casual (like in the picture) and formal at the same time. Loving the pleated details at the sides and the cuffed bottom, which you can't really see but it's there. Heh.

Fashion closer to home.
facehunter & streetpeeper
I love reading fashion blogs from all over the world, especially blogs from the western side of the earth. They fascinate me with the cool and chic layering of clothes, something that I will never be able to do given my country of residence.
That's why sometimes I would look to fashion blogs that showcase countries that are closer to home and ogle at the Singapore-weather-appropriate outfits. And I must say, I'm loving Jakarta's street style, a country that I never expected fashion to exist. I know, I'm shallow that way. Heh. (:
The Boyfriend.
Fedora - Cotton On
Vintage Shirt - Deja Vu Vintage
Pants - Zara
Shoes - Vans
Love what he's wearing today. He's seldom that dressy though. He reckons that a clean tee-shirt and a freshly ironed pair of pants is enough for a guy. Oh well, check out his newly set up photography blog here.
