The weather has been really crazy these days. One minute the sun's so scorching hot, the next minute it starts raining buckets. It's so bad that I got so lazy with dressing up I just settled for my comfy distressed tank, shorts and fedora, and put on my cardi when it gets cold. Zzz.

These Made Her Think rings are so awesome! I especially like the Pyramid Totem Knuckle Buster Ring, I need!

After drooling over VintageTea's DIY jacket, I finally decided to make good use of the studs that I bought from Chinatown months ago, stopped being lazy (since I am so darn free these days with no job ):) and DIY-ed myself.. a bag!





That's the bucket bag that everyone seem to have months ago so I stopped using it. But tada, with the added studs, my "new" bag is ready for me to use. :D

To the Fash Bash flea market at St. James today. So much better than the Zouk flea I reckon, too bad it rained if not it would have been better. Thrifted a F21 skirt at SGD10! Cheap thrills WHEEEEEEEE.

Sometimes I wish I was more capable. Sometimes I wish I was prettier. Sometimes I wish I was happier. Sometimes I wish I was taller and skinner. Sometimes I wish I was more sensible, or wiser, or more mature. Sometimes I wish I could have more clothes and bags and shoes and accessories. Sometimes I wish I was someone else. Don't us all?









But at the end of the day, I'm still glad that I am me. (:

Headed to the Ministry of Education, then to school, then to NUS to submit my university application today. One down, three more to go. With that much time left, I decided to check out the Salvation Army Praisehaven Thriftstore at Upper Bukit Timah since it's in the way. Thank God for air-conditioning!













I love this dress, it looks like a couture piece right off the runway! The pictures just don't do justice. Pardon my photography skills, heh.

What I wore today. Not blog-worthy. But hey, I really needed something really comfy with all that travelling and walking around under the hot sun. So I opted for my silver Pumas and my oversized shirt (that screams S-O-F-T and C-O-M-F-Y). Seriously, the weather is killing me. =/

As always, think short and poufy dresses and skirts, bows and polka dots, satin and frills.. it's like you're sucked into a whimsical fairytale. Erin Fetherston still exudes girliness, but a darker kind of girliness this time round with all those black at the start, and then dissolving into softer color shades at the finale. I love it! Give me those shoes too please!

"I was at Tracy Reese yesterday and a few minutes before the show started Andre Leon Tally was being escorted from the backstage area. But by that time, all the front row seats were filled in, and even though the PR people assured him they had a seat reserved, he refused to take it saying he didn’t want to kick anyone out of their seat and make a whole big thing about it.
They begged and pleaded with him (“No Andre, it isn’t anyone else’s seat, it’s YOUR seat, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE let us take you there!”). However, he absolutely refused to budge and insisted on watching the show from standing. They tried convincing him for another few minutes and he was like “Just start your show because I’m not moving anywhere.”
Then they implored: Do you need anything? Water? Coffee? Anything? But he was like “NO I’m fine!” Anyway, they eventually gave up and Andre watched the show with the commoners in the standing section. So who knows, maybe standing room will be the new front row!"

So this was my Valentine's day outfit, drawing inspiration from the Rag & Bone Spring/Summer 09 collection. That's my mum's Balenciaga bag. I have no idea how many seasons ago was this bag from. I think it's antique already, haha. Anyway, I absolutely love those Steve Maddens, it's super duper comfortable.
