Birthday outfit.
I apologize for being a bad blogger. The blog will be back in action after my final assessments end on Monday I promise. I haven't had time to shop for a new birthday outfit so I guess anything goes. This was what I wore for my birthday dinner last Thursday. Well at least the shoes are new!

How was your halloween?
Long overdue outfit post.

I've been down with a terrible cold recently and I've been coughing/vomiting a lot. ): Final assessments are due in a week's time. Need to get everything back on track!
Party @ Dolce & Gabbana Ion Orchard.
Courtesy of Club 21, I was invited to the Dolce & Gabbana’s after-party to celebrate the opening of the Dolce & Gabbana boutique at Ion Orchard yesterday. The Who’s Who of Singapore and overseas celebrities like David Gandy (salivates uncontrollably) gathered around on this occasion and I think I had Starstruck written all over my face. =/ Lady Gaga couldn’t have a better song to describe how I felt.
The premise was extended from the entrance of the boutique out in a Dolce & Gabbana label-clad temporary structure. When I entered the premise, I felt like I was transported into two worlds – Club Glitz and Glamour, and High-Society Chic. There was the disco light, the bar at one side and the DJ booth at the other – Read: Club Dolce & Gabbana baby. Step into the boutique itself and you get another kind of ambience (Think Fergie’s Glamorous).
Celebrities spotted: Mediacorp artistes Zoe Tay, Fann Wong, Christopher Lee, Nat Ho, Celest Chong, Priscelia Chan and Qi Yu Wu, model and MTV Asia host Denise Keller, stylist Karen Ng, editor of Nu You magazine Grace Lee, top model David Gandy, not to forget the founder and owner of Club 21, Mrs Christina Ong, and the list goes on.
I was talking to a regular customer of Club 21 and she remarked that Dolce & Gabanna’s parties are always different. The floor started swimming with people at around 10pm with a seemingly unlimited flow of canapés and champagne and I must say, Dolce & Gabbana really knows how to throw a party! The DJ was THE BOMB. Now... PICTURES!

The bigger the better bold shoulders seen everywhere that night!!

Celest Chong is such a sweetheart! She took the time out to make small conversations with me. And I am IN LOVE with her D&G dress! Don't let me start on those shoes.

Right: Grace Lee

Zoe Tay, one of Singapore's top actresses. Loving the D&G Resort 2010 dress!

Fann Wong and Christopher Lee looking good there, the much talked about celebrity newly weds.

Up to the second level.

With local blogger Dottie. I love her blog!

Amidst the eveningwear-clad guests.

With Rachel, my friend and photographer of the evening. Thanks sweet!
I had an awesome time. Thank you for the invite, Joanne and the kind people of Club 21!

Mix & Match 101

Top, Bag: Zara, Necklace: New Look, Shoes: From Taiwan
I don't have a wardrobe as big as Paris Hilton's, so I make do with mixing and matching. I absolutely love this tie-dye skirt, look at how I've worn it here and here.
Exciting days ahead!
Help?

Anyone know what font this is? It's practically the title font of every page in Dazed & Confused. Would really appreciate it if someone can "enlighten" me! Thank you in advance! (:
Go tribal safari.
"After-work Madness"
School has its good and bad. This is definitely one of the good days.

We went crazy after a photoshoot session for a project. Heh.

I survived!
Wow, I actually survived the mountain load of assignments I had to complete this week. I even got to go on a dinner and movie date with the boyfriend (who books out during the weekends). A well-deserved pat on the back. :))
