Spent the whole afternoon at a girlfriend's yesterday. The plan was to swim and tan but the weather wasn't cooperative, so we ended up pigging out, swam (a little) and just talked. The topics of the day was.. anything and everything actually. From the recent Singapore elections (happening this Saturday, my first time voting!) to our love lives to complaining about our mum/dad's OCD-ness. Time passed super quickly, it was good.
Watched The Naughty Kiss on cable and had Japanese take-out and some soya bean goodness.
The weather looked promising for a while so we headed out for a swim. Weather is a serial liar.
How the weather looked like when we went for our second lap round. I commented that it feels so cold and my friend said, "It's psychological! Okay imagine that you're in the desert, 40 degrees outside. You're very hot, and you're ddddddyyyying to get into the pool." Now who's being psychological, haha!
Then it started raining. Like, all the way till 5.
Retreated for a shower, some coffee (pretty coasters!) and a great chitchat session. <3
