The weather has been really crazy these days. One minute the sun's so scorching hot, the next minute it starts raining buckets. It's so bad that I got so lazy with dressing up I just settled for my comfy distressed tank, shorts and fedora, and put on my cardi when it gets cold. Zzz.

After drooling over VintageTea's DIY jacket, I finally decided to make good use of the studs that I bought from Chinatown months ago, stopped being lazy (since I am so darn free these days with no job ):) and DIY-ed myself.. a bag!

To the Fash Bash flea market at St. James today. So much better than the Zouk flea I reckon, too bad it rained if not it would have been better. Thrifted a F21 skirt at SGD10! Cheap thrills WHEEEEEEEE.

Thrifting.
Headed to the Ministry of Education, then to school, then to NUS to submit my university application today. One down, three more to go. With that much time left, I decided to check out the Salvation Army Praisehaven Thriftstore at Upper Bukit Timah since it's in the way. Thank God for air-conditioning!

As always, think short and poufy dresses and skirts, bows and polka dots, satin and frills.. it's like you're sucked into a whimsical fairytale. Erin Fetherston still exudes girliness, but a darker kind of girliness this time round with all those black at the start, and then dissolving into softer color shades at the finale. I love it! Give me those shoes too please!

However, he absolutely refused to budge and insisted on watching the show from standing. They tried convincing him for another few minutes and he was like “Just start your show because I’m not moving anywhere.”
Then they implored: Do you need anything? Water? Coffee? Anything? But he was like “NO I’m fine!” Anyway, they eventually gave up and Andre watched the show with the commoners in the standing section. So who knows, maybe standing room will be the new front row!"

I ADORE the entire Rag & Bone Spring/Summer 09 Collection! I'm a sucker for perfectly tailored pants that ends right at the ankle. Tailored pants on long legs = a total turn-on. <3 The plaid details.. the floral details.. the tailored jackets.. the androgynous looks.. these aren't going away any time soon, I am sure of that. I've been shopping this weekend, but I only ended up with a bangle and a maroon cape-like top from the Zouk flea (which I'm going to update a post about it soon) and a Mango denim jacket (which I am also going to update a post soon! Heh.). I'm too picky for my own good, so says everyone to me.

My internship officially ended today, WHEEEE. :D The big boss' been around the past couple of days so we weren't allowed to do things like watch videos and play computer games in the office, boo. ): In fact, the end of this internship marks the end of my polytechnic school life and on to university. Sparkle Sequins.
Bought this sequin top off the recent Mango sale. I usually hate tops with a layer of elastic band at the bottom, but this is just right. It's not too tight, so it doesn't hug onto my butt too much. Just purchased another such top online, hopefully it'll be like this one here. My elder sister and I wore all black that day with studs/sequins details. My little sister commented that we looked like we're going to a club. Haha.
